Donovan E. Greening, J.D., M.B.A., LL.M., CWM, is President Emeritus of D.E. Greening & Associates, providing dispute resolution and legal services. He is a former Magistrate for the Commonwealth of Virginia, 14th Judicial District, Region #6, and currently serves as an Arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Greening is a member of the National Bar Association and the National Judges Association, attended the Harvard Executive Management Program, and is a Fellow and Honorary Global Advisor of the Global Academy of Finance and Management.
